11/2/23 New Jersey Surf Bass Run

After an incredible first trip to NJ I knew I would be back as soon as I could to fish the beach. Id wait for the right window of opportunity where I felt like there'd be a good possibility of catching quality fish without being mobbed with anglers, which is a tricky thing to time. You pretty much have to wait for a lull in the action and then try to be there the first day or 2 it turns on, and by the 2nd day expect it to be pretty crowded. By the 3rd or 4th day, odds are the crowds will make it a much less enjoyable experience, at least once word spread far and wide after a few good weeks of fishing.
