4/26/24 Rhode Island Doesn't Suck Anymore

First half of this month, searching around the local waters of RI was pretty depressing. Hardly any fish, maybe some holdover bass or tog to catch, but really slow in most spots leading me to drive hours south. Now in the final week of the month, Stripers have filtered in all over, theres plenty of mixed size bunker in Narragansett Bay, and with Blues invading all the shorelines from Long Island - south, I am feeling like they'll be showing up here and day. Jersey Saltwater is getting into peak season, Delmarva as well, while the spawning rivers for the Stripers are slowly seeing the fish move out from south to north, and headed to a beach near you.
