10" Straight Tail, fish it on a jighead or weightless. Recommended hooks are 12/0 BKK Titan Raider or 12/0 Hogy Barbarian Swimbait hook for weightless, or any jighead with an 8/0 or larger hook. In a pinch, tie on a regular 6/0-8/0 octopus hook and hook it under the chin and out the nose, or in dire situations, a 4x octopus hooked the same way. No bass, world record or not, will straighten that hook. For everything else, use your standard hooks and hooking methods.
